The Customer has, thanks to the invoice, of a guarantee
of refunding for each article bought by correspondence
at the Wahlenbourg company.
This guarantee is valid thirty (30) days full as from
the day with delivery of the command. During this lapse
of time, the Customer has the possibility of returning
his command in order to obtain refunding from it.
It is up to the Customer to take care itself of the reference
of its command.
This command must obligatorily be turned over, in its
packing of origin accompanied by the invoice, to the seat
of the Wahlenbourg company.
The Wahlenbourg company engages, under these conditions,
to refund with the Customer any article, which is not
starting. Exclusively credit transfer carries out refunding.
With the Customer to join a crossed cheque to its name
during the return of the command. The credit transfer
is done in the same currency and on the same account as
at the time of the order. |

transport
Articles are protecting by solids packing. They travel
under our responsibility until to their delivery. The
Wahlenbourg company is committed, consequently, replacing
free any article, which would be broken at the time of
the handing-over of the command by the conveyor.
To obtain the free replacement of one or several articles,
which would be broken, the Recipient of the command must
imperatively note reserves on the receipt of the conveyor
at the time when this one delivers the goods.
The Wahlenbourg company is then committed returning to
the Recipient of the order the same articles to the same
address of delivery. The Wahlenbourg company of the receipt
on behalf of the conveyor carries out this reference within
ten (10) maximum working days after reception. |

is then informing by it by e-mail in the five (5) working
days, which follow the reception of purchase order sound. |
