We receive your payment only when your order is dispatched. If we cannot treat your order, we refuse to receive your payment. Then you are informed by e-mail in five (5) working days which follow the reception of your order form.

We only use your co-ordinates to treat your order. We communicate your co-ordinates only at the post office.

…delivery
The delivery is carried out by the postal network everywhere or we deliver.
The delivery is carried out during the business hours.
Your order is delivered to the delivery address indicated on the purchase order.
Your order is delivered at the Consignee only against signature.

…delivery time
Your order is delivered within 5 working days after its validation. This time is valid everywhere we deliver. A possible delay of the delivery which is not our fault cannot involve the cancellation of your order.

The day of the sending of your order, we inform you by e-mail.


G like guarantees

In accordance with the regulation of mail-order, you have guarantees.

Your 1st guarantee is the guarantee of refunding.
You have a guarantee of refunding for each wine that you buy to us. This guarantee is valid 1 (one) month as from the day of delivery of your order. You can during this month return us your order to obtain refunding from it. You must return us your order with its invoice. You must return your order at the following address: WAHLENBOURG - 3 RUE DU WAHLENBOURG - 68000 COLMARFRANCE. The sending back costs of your order will be borne by you. So we refund you all bottles which are not started. Your refunding is carried out by credit transfer. So you must join a credit transfer order at the time of the sending back of your order. The credit transfer is carried out in the same currency and on the same account as at the time of the purchase.

Your 2nd guarantee is the guarantee of delivery.
Your Alsatian wine bottles are protected by solid packing. We replace you free any bottle which would be broken at the time of the delivery. To obtain free replacement of broken bottles, the order Consignee must imperatively note reserves on the Post office receipt. The order Consignee must do it at the time when the Post office gives its order to him. So we return at the order Consignee the same Alsatian wines at the same delivery address. This sending back is carried out within 10 (ten) maximum working day after we took delivery of the Post office receipt.


I like invoice

We enclose an invoice to each order.

If the delivery address is different than the bill address, we send the invoice to the bill address.

After the delivery, we decline any responsibility concerning a deterioration of the Alsatian wines which would result from a bad storage or an inadequate use.

The Court of Colmar (Alsace) is the only qualified one in the event of litigation.

The payment is done by card. Our bank carries out S.S.L. (Secure Socket Layer) encoding your transaction.

Bottles photographs are not contractual.
Bottles and labels can change according years and stocks.

Our prices are posted including all taxes. The delivery costs are moreover. These delivery costs are calculated according to your place of delivery.


S like stock

We can replace a one year old wine exhausted by the same wine of another year or equivalent quality.


V like validation

When you pay your order, you admit having read, having understood and having accepted the terms of sale.
